3. Service Commitments

Delivering monthly reports on progress
Maintaining confidentiality of your business information
Responding to queries within 48 hours

4. No Guarantees

SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activities, and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific rankings, positions, or traffic levels. Past results do not guarantee future performance.

5. Your Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide timely access to your website and analytics
Respond to requests for information within 7 days
Ensure you have authority to make changes to the website
Pay invoices promptly according to the agreed terms

6. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is as published on our website or agreed in writing. Payments are due monthly in advance. We accept bank transfer and other payment methods as agreed.

7. Cancellation

Our services are month-to-month. You may cancel at any time by providing 30 days written notice. No refunds are provided for the current billing period after services have been rendered.

8. Intellectual Property

All content created by PeachySEO for your website remains our intellectual property until all payments are received. Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use the content for your business.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and do not disclose it to third parties, except as required by law or to provide our services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeachySEO shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
Changes to search engine rankings or algorithms
Results that do not meet your expectations

11. Industries We Do Not Work With

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services for businesses involved in:

Illegal activities
Adult content or services
Gambling or betting services
Financial scams or fraud
Disinformation or fake reviews
Any other activities we deem unethical or harmful
