Refund Policy

1. Our commitment

We want every Peachy SEO client to feel confident signing up. Because we work month to month with no contracts, you are never locked in — but we also want to be clear about how payments and refunds work.

2. Monthly subscription payments

All plans are billed monthly in advance. Once a monthly payment has been processed, it covers the work delivered during that billing period and is non-refundable.

We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within a billing period if you cancel mid-month.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your plan at any time by emailing hello@peachyseo.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation is confirmed.

4. Exceptional circumstances

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances — for example, if we have not delivered any work during a billing period due to an error on our part.

To request a review, email hello@peachyseo.com with your account details and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

5. Free AI audit

The free AI visibility audit is provided at no cost and does not involve any payment. No refund applies.

6. Google Ads spend

Your Google Ads budget is paid directly to Google and is outside of Peachy SEO's control. We do not hold or process your ad spend. Any queries about Google Ads billing should be directed to Google.

Our monthly management fee covers campaign management only and follows the same non-refundable policy as our SEO plans.
